Villa Operator

CAPE JOY is seeking a dynamic and experienced Villa Operator for our luxury VILLA in CAPE TOWN. This role is ideal for an individual with a strong understanding of international luxury hospitality who values understated, authentic, and effortless service. The successful candidate will know how to create a relaxed yet sophisticated atmosphere, ensuring guests feel truly at home. A keen eye for detail, exceptional organisational skills, and a hands-on leadership style are essential. Requirements Prior experience and degree in hospitality management, ideally as a Department Head (F&B, Guest Relations, or Housekeeping) Proven success in creating and operational systems High emotional intelligence with a proactive, solution-oriented approach Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong mentoring capabilities Highly organised and high quality Breakfast cooking skill and efficient across multiple departments Confident in delegation and supervision Fluent in English (Africans and any European language advantageous) Team player comfortable in a small, close-knit team Willing to be hands-on and take full ownership of the guest experience Live out accommodation If you are interested, we would love to hear from you.
