Job description
- Plan annually the necessary needs of PM technical needs in coordination with finance, Development and Top Management. • Supervise the preparation of projects in order to achieve company main objectives. • Work on the continuous development of the staff and outsourced functions to keep up with the latest modern technologies that serve work. • Supervise the engineering designs; plan the construction projects by project technical section whether for the existing projects or new tenders. • Provide management with periodic reports on the tenders that have been entered, extracts that have been submitted with contracted entities, and the safeguards that have been recovered and which have been confiscated, operating in all project equipment; Equipment transferred between sites, equipment maintenance in each site and at the level of each site. • Establish and implement project construction management objectives, policies, procedures and performance standards in line with the agreed standards. • Analyze and interpret business proposals. Develop and approve Requests for Proposals (RFP) and negotiate contracts. • Ensure that RFPs, proposals and contracts are aligned with the company’s strategic plan and the development master plan. Ensure management oversight of the work of vendors, development partners and contractors. • Monitor overall quality of construction work performed within the projects. • Review and evaluate projects on a scheduled basis to determine the status and make decisions about project completion. • Manage and ensure a collaborative working relation with the external consultants and contractors. Requirements Education: • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Civil • Project Management Certificate is a Must Experience: • Minimum 10 years’ experience in the same field -including minimum 1 years as a PM officer Location: North Coas - Matrouh Benefits Medical Insurance Transportation Allowance Housing
