Job description
Manage customer relationships and handle inquiries Support property transaction processes (booking, mortgage/KPR, payments) Handle sales and project administration tasks Ensure completeness and accuracy of transaction documents Coordinate with internal teams (sales, finance, project) Handle customer complaints in a professional and solution-oriented manner Support billing processes and monitor receivables (AR) Prepare and maintain administrative reports regularly Requirements Min. Diploma in Accounting or related field. Min. 2 years experience as Customer Relation / Sales Administration / Project Administration Officer in property industry Strong understanding of property transactions and mortgage (KPR) processes Basic knowledge of finance, especially Account Receivable (AR) Excellent communication skills with strong hospitality manner Detail-oriented, well-organized, and good problem-solving skills Benefits Salary Meal Allowance Transport Allowance BPJS Shuttle Bus from Karawang to Subang
