Sales Supervisor Commercial & Residential

Manage the full customer process from initial introduction, offering, and negotiation through to deal closure, including preparing quotation letters, collecting required supporting information for negotiations, and preparing sales documents such as purchase orders/confirmation letters, sale and purchase agreements or lease agreements, up to the signing of credit agreements or Deeds of Sale and Purchase before a Notary/PPAT. Prepare periodic reports on customer inquiries, prospective customers, and the progress of each customer. Prepare sales reports, data, information, or memos required by other departments or stakeholders. Develop and maintain databases of sales targets and prospects, as well as competitor information. Build and maintain strong professional relationships with property agents/brokers, property consultants, research institutions, government agencies, business associations, labor unions, existing tenants in industrial estates in Subang, Karawang, and surrounding areas, as well as companies located around Subang Smartpolitan & Suryacipta City of Industry, and other relevant stakeholders that can support the sales process. Coordinate with other departments within the company to ensure customer handling and complaint resolution are carried out effectively in accordance with company policies and procedures. Requirements Min. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Management, Real Estate, or related fields Min. 2–3 years of experience in property sales (residential, commercial, retail, or industrial property) Strong knowledge of sales processes, negotiation, and customer relationship management Proficient in sales communication, presentation, and negotiation skills Able to handle customer complaints professionally and effectively Target-oriented, proactive, and able to work under pressure Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills with clients and business partners Willing to be placed in Subang, West Java Benefits Salary Meal Allowance Transport Allowance BPJS Medical Reimbursement Shuttle Bus from Karawang to Subang
