Marketing & Communications Officer
Job description
- Assist in developing and implementing communication and branding strategies for property projects. • Create promotional content such as copy, visuals, and short videos for marketing purposes. • Manage and update property social media accounts, websites, and property marketplace listings. • Support sales agents by preparing promotional materials for property listings. • Plan and execute marketing events (open houses, property launches, exhibitions). • Monitor content performance and help analyze marketing campaign results, and support optimization of communication strategies. • Support paid advertising activities (Meta/Facebook Ads, Google Ads) and analyze advertising performance • Conduct competitive analysis and research trends to provide recommendations for marketing plans and ensure competitive differentiation Compile marketing communication performance reports and provide insights for campaign improvement and management review. • Ensure all marketing content aligns with brand guidelines and target market positioning. • Stay updated on digital trends and contribute creative ideas for marketing initiatives Requirements • Minimum Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, Design, or related field. • Fresh graduates are welcome; 1–2 years of experience in marketing, communication, or digital content is a plus. • Interest in marketing communication, branding, and digital marketing, especially in the property/real estate industry. • Creative, detail-oriented, and willing to learn. • Good communication skills and ability to coordinate effectively. • Familiarity with design tools such as Capcut and Photoshop will be an advantage. • Able to work both independently and as part of a team. • Able to support marketing initiatives during event periods
