Job description

Manage and ensure compliance with corporate legal permits, licenses, and regulatory requirements. Draft, review, and negotiate various legal documents, agreements, and contracts with vendors, partners, and other stakeholders. Provide legal advice and conduct legal research to support company projects and operational activities. Prepare and manage property transaction documents, including PPJB/AJB, and coordinate with notaries for project-related transactions. Support corporate activities, including GMS preparation, corporate actions, financing, and refinancing matters. Coordinate with internal teams and external parties to ensure legal compliance and smooth execution of company initiatives. Establish and maintain professional relationships with government institutions and relevant authorities. Conduct site visits and field verification as required to support legal assessments. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Law Strong knowledge of corporate law, agreements/contracts, permits & licenses, corporate actions, and property transactions. Familiar with preparation and review of legal documents, including agreements, PPJB/AJB, and corporate documents. Good understanding of regulatory compliance and business operations. Strong communication, negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Detail-oriented, well-organized, and able to manage multiple priorities. Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams. Proficient in English (written and verbal) is preferred.
