Succinnova is seeking skilled Sheet Metal Assemblers to join our fabrication team in Bengaluru. You will assemble precision sheet metal components for industrial applications, ensuring high-quality output in a fast-paced manufacturing environment Location: Dodballapur, Bengaluru/ Dabbaspete, Tumkur Requirements Roles and Delieverables Interpret blueprints, schematics, and work instructions to accurately assemble sheet metal parts and sub-assemblies. Use hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, rivets, bolts, and adhesives to join components securely, including trimming, bending, and grinding for seamless fits. Perform quality checks on assemblies to verify dimensions, alignment, and compliance with ISO standards and specifications Lead and motivate the team to achieve their deliverables and enrich their skill set Behavioral Respect for people, work and society Considerate on environment Orientation towards customer success Adaptability to changes driven by culture Aspiration to develop talent Willingness to upgrade knowledge and traits Education and experience ITI with 8-10 years’ experience in sheet metal fabrication, preferred are from Marine/Aerospace industry or low batch production environment
