Main Purpose Principal Lead: Data Product to lead the delivery and continuous improvement of enterprise data products, analytics capabilities and decisioning solutions across the Enterprise. This role is responsible for managing the execution of tactical, operational and strategic initiatives that enable "Data as a Product" and "Analytics as a Service" capabilities. Will work closely with business and technical stakeholders to deliver scalable, high-quality data and analytics solutions that improve decision-making, operational efficiency, customer outcomes, and risk management. A strong delivery-focused leader with experience in credit decisioning environments, enterprise data initiatives, and cross-functional team leadership. The individual will manage a team of Business Analysts and Testers while driving execution across complex delivery streams. Key Responsibilities Data Products & Analytics Delivery Lead the delivery of enterprise data products, reporting solutions, analytics capabilities and decisioning initiatives across multiple business domains. Translate business requirements and strategic priorities into structured delivery plans and executable outcomes. Support the implementation and continuous improvement of Data-as-a-Product and Analytics-as-a-Service capabilities across the enterprise. Drive the delivery of scalable, reusable, and trusted analytics solutions that improve business performance and operational effectiveness. Ensure delivery alignment across business, data, analytics, engineering and operational teams. Credit Decisioning & Risk Enablement Lead and support the delivery of credit decisioning, risk analytics and data-driven decision management initiatives. Work closely with Credit Risk and Operations stakeholders to improve decisioning processes, automation and analytical capabilities. Support the implementation and enhancement of decision engines, rules management, scorecards, workflow optimization and analytical reporting capabilities. Ensure data quality, traceability, governance and operational readiness within credit and decisioning delivery initiatives. Delivery Management & Execution Translate Enterprise strategy into executable initiatives and measurable delivery outcomes. Manage end-to-end delivery across tactical enhancements, operational improvements, and strategic programmes. Coordinate delivery activities across Business Analysts, Testers, Tech Teams, vendors and Business Stakeholders. Drive delivery governance including planning, prioritization, dependency management, issue resolution and progress reporting. Ensure initiatives are delivered within agreed timelines, quality standards, and business expectations. Support the evolution of enterprise operating models, process modernization, and intelligent automation initiatives. Identify delivery risks, process inefficiencies, operational bottlenecks and proactively implement mitigation actions. Team Leadership & Capability Development Lead and develop a team of Business Analysts and Testers responsible for requirements management, process analysis, testing and delivery support. Build strong analysis and quality assurance practices that improve delivery quality and stakeholder alignment. Provide coaching, mentorship and performance management support to team members. Foster a collaborative, accountable, and delivery-focused team culture. Support capability uplift across delivery management, business analysis, testing practices and stakeholder engagement. Stakeholder Management & Governance Build strong working relationships across Business, Credit Risk, Operations, Data and Technology teams. Facilitate steering committees, delivery forums, prioritization discussions, requirements workshops, Executive reporting engagements and operational planning sessions. Communicate delivery progress, risks, dependencies and impacts clearly to stakeholders at multiple levels. Ensure alignment between business expectations, delivery scope and operational readiness. Continuous Improvement Contribute to the ongoing improvement of delivery frameworks, governance standards, and operational processes. Champion Agile, hybrid delivery and modern execution practices where appropriate. Contribute to the long-term scalability and sustainability of the enterprise delivery capability by promoting consistency, standardization and reusable delivery practices across initiatives. Support agile and hybrid delivery methodologies where appropriate. Improve delivery maturity and drive efficiencies through improved delivery coordination, reporting, automation and process optimization. QUALIFICATIONS Minimum: A bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, Engineering, Data Analytics, or related field. Relevant Certifications in Agile, Business Analysis, Testing, Delivery Management, or Product Delivery are advantageous. EXPERIENCE Minimum: A minimum of 8 years' experience in data, analytics, technology or enterprise delivery environments. Proven experience delivering enterprise Data, Analytics, Reporting or Decisioning initiatives. Strong experience within Credit Decisioning, Credit Risk or Financial Services environments. Experience working with decision engines, credit workflows, scorecards, rules management or risk analytics solutions. Demonstrated experience managing or leading Business Analysts and Testing teams. Experience operating within fast-paced, high-demand delivery environments. Closing Date: 17 June 2026
