As part of our growth roadmap, we are strengthening our revenue engine and client engagement structure. We are looking for a commercially driven Manager – Sales & Client Engagement who can own the lead-to-billing lifecycle and drive conversion with accountability. Role Overview This is a revenue-sensitive role requiring strong client communication, proposal management, CRM discipline, and cross-functional coordination. The selected candidate will own assigned leads from first discussion to billing closure. Requirements Key Responsibilities: Lead Ownership & Client Interaction Engage directly with clients to understand requirements Qualify opportunities and define scope in coordination with internal team Drive structured follow-ups for proposal conversion Maintain accurate sales pipeline and forecasting Proposal & Commercial Management Prepare and review professional proposals Align scope, pricing, and engagement terms Track proposal aging and conversion ratio Project Initiation & Billing Oversight Convert proposals into sales orders Ensure seamless handover to delivery teams Monitor project milestones until billing Coordinate invoicing and support collection follow-ups CRM & MIS Discipline Maintain CRM hygiene (Zoho preferred) Provide weekly and monthly sales & revenue MIS to management Client & Stakeholder Engagement Act as primary commercial coordination contact Identify cross-selling and additional billing opportunities Escalate risks proactively Required Qualifications & Experience: 5–8 years’ experience in professional services / advisory / consulting sales Strong exposure to proposal drafting and client discussions Experience working in CRM-driven environments High ownership mindset with revenue orientation Strong communication and stakeholder management skills Benefits What We Offer: Leadership exposure Growth aligned to Vision 2030 roadmap Structured process-driven environment Performance-linked career progression
