Job description
- Curriculum planning and implementation skills 2. Classroom observation and mentoring ability 3. Knowledge of NEP 2020 and play-based pedagogy 4. Record-keeping and documentation skills 5. Plan and implement ECCE/play-based curriculum 6. Ensure age-appropriate teaching practices (no academic pressure) 7. Monitor lesson plans, activity plans, and classroom delivery 8. Conduct regular classroom observations and provide feedback 9. Guide and mentor pre-primary teachers and assistant staff 10. Conduct staff meetings and training sessions 11. Support new teachers with orientation and curriculum planning 12. Ensure developmental records and portfolios are maintained 13. Conduct parent orientation programs and PTMs 14. Address parent concerns and ensure positive communication Requirements 1. Bachelor’s Degree in Education / Early Childhood Education 2. Diploma / Certification in ECCE / NTT 3. B.Ed (preferred) 4. 3–5 years of experience in Pre-Primary teaching 5. 1–2 years of supervisory/leadership experience preferred 6. Curriculum planning and implementation skills 7. Classroom observation and mentoring ability 8. Knowledge of NEP 2020 and play-based pedagogy 9. Record-keeping and documentation skills
