JOB DESCRIPTION Role: Team Leader ? About the Role We are looking for a highly responsible and detail-oriented candidate to oversee and manage end-to-end execution of travel services including your packages, flight bookings, and hotel arrangements. This role requires a professional who can own service delivery, manage a team, and ensure that every confirmed booking is executed smoothly, accurately, and within defined timelines. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in the travel industry and the ability to manage multiple tasks without compromising quality. ? Key Responsibilities ? 1. End-to-End Booking Execution •Oversee execution of all bookings. •Follow up on existing/new leads. •Ensure accuracy in bookings and adherence to timelines. •Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors for seamless delivery. •Assigning tasks and deadlines to the team. •Regular follow up of task status and completion. •Making sure to take up responsibility of proper checking and finalizing any quote before being sent to client. ? 2. Team Supervision & Task Management •Manage and supervise a team of operations executives •Assign daily tasks and ensure timely completion •Monitor workload distribution and team productivity •Ensure no task or booking is left unattended or delayed ? 3. CRM & Process Management •Ensure all bookings and tasks are updated in the CRM system •Track booking status, follow-ups, and pending actions •Maintain proper documentation and records for each booking •Ensure strict adherence to SOPs and internal processes ? 4. Issue Resolution & Escalation Handling •Identify and resolve operational challenges proactively •Handle escalations related to bookings, vendors, or clients •Ensure quick turnaround in case of last-minute changes or issues ? 5. Quality Control & Customer Experience •Ensure services delivered match commitments made to clients •Maintain high standards of accuracy and service quality •Support in delivering a smooth and hassle-free travel experience ? 6. Hiring & Training Support •Participate in hiring operations team members •Train and onboard new team members on SOPs and systems •Ensure new hires become productive within defined timelines ? Key Requirements Experience: •4+ years of experience in travel operations •Strong exposure to International Destinations, flight bookings, hotel bookings and vendor coordination.
