Construction Builder

Sapir Projects Limited is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Construction Builder to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supervising on-site construction activities, ensuring high-quality execution, and maintaining compliance with safety and building standards across various residential, commercial, and interior design projects Key Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate daily on-site construction activities across Sapir Projects Limited’s building and interior design projects. Interpret and implement architectural and structural drawings accurately on site. Ensure strict adherence to safety standards, quality specifications, and regulatory requirements. Manage site personnel, subcontractors, and materials to maintain workflow efficiency and timely project delivery. Identify site-related issues early and provide practical, cost-effective solutions in consultation with project leads. Conduct routine inspections of workmanship and materials to maintain high quality and durability. Liaise with the project manager, designers, quantity surveyors, and clients to ensure the design intent is effectively executed. Maintain detailed records including daily site reports, material usage logs, and progress documentation. Requirements Minimum of 5 years of hands-on construction site experience, preferably in residential, commercial, and interior fit-out projects. Strong knowledge of building construction processes, methods, and safety protocols. Proven ability to interpret and implement construction and architectural drawings. Experience supervising skilled and unskilled labor, subcontractors, and vendors on-site. Excellent leadership, communication, and team coordination skills. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving capabilities. Familiarity with basic construction tools, site documentation practices, and workflow reporting. HND/Bachelor’s degree in Building Technology, Civil Engineering, or a related field preferred. Health and safety certification or relevant trade certification is an added advantage.
