DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES | About the role

We are looking to expand our team Based in Ivory Coast, you will be part of the Sales team . You will responsible for driving revenue growth by developing and managing relationships with channel partners.

As the Channel Sales Manager , you will:

  • Develop and execute channel sales strategies that align with company goals
  • Recruiting and onboarding new channel partners
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing channel partners
  • Training and supporting channel partners on products and sales processes
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams such as Digital sales, marketing, product, and technical support to drive sales through the channel
  • Monitoring and analyzing channel sales performance and making data-driven decisions to improve results
  • Be aligned with vendor and company strategies
  • Ensuring animation of vendor QBR
  • Ensuring channel partners comply with company policies and procedures
  • Staying up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE | About you

The ideal Channel Sales Manager :

  • Management, Sales or network engineering degree
  • ​Experience on Cybersecurity  Sales activities (At least 5 years).
  • ​Strong background in cybersecurity sales including experience with security products, technologies, and standards.
  • ​Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • ​Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • ​Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • ​Proven track record of driving sales growth through channels
  • ​Strong customer service skills and a commitment to customer satisfaction.
  • Ability to understand the customer's business and identify their unique cybersecurity needs.
