Job description

The Mission

INDG is building a talent pool of 3D Art Directors for future creative leadership needs across our CGI, digital twin, animation, interactive, and automated content production work.

INDG has spent more than 20 years building CGI and 3D production systems for global brands. Our work turns physical products into high-quality digital twins that can generate still imagery, animations, interactive experiences, and production-grade content across channels. Grip extends that heritage into AI-powered content orchestration, where creative direction, rendering pipelines, automation, and brand compliance need to work as one system.

This role exists for people who can own the image and understand the machine behind it. You can direct a hero render, challenge a material response, guide lighting choices, and still think about how the same visual system scales across hundreds or thousands of outputs. You care about product truth, visual consistency, and production reality.

What You Will Do

Own Creative Direction Across CGI Outputs

You’ll shape visual direction for stills, animations, interactive experiences, and digital product content. You will interpret client briefs, identify the visual problem, and translate brand and business requirements into clear creative direction.

You’ll build concepts through references, mood boards, storyboards, sketches, style proposals, pitch decks, and direct render feedback.

Your work will give CGI teams enough clarity to execute without reducing the creative ambition.

  • Direct Scenes, Renders, and Visual Systems

You’ll guide CGI teams on composition, lighting, materials, camera behavior, realism, and look development. You can look at a render and identify whether the issue is lighting, material response, geometry, scale, camera, or compositing.

You’ll direct virtual shoots with the same attention a physical shoot requires: product truth, surface response, lens choice, framing, hierarchy, and storytelling. You’ll help teams make products feel tangible, desirable, and accurate.

  • Balance Craft With Scalable Production

You’ll work with producers, project managers, creative technologists, and pipeline teams to align creative ambition with scope, timelines, and production constraints.

You’ll know when to push for a better image and when to simplify the system so delivery stays reliable.

You’ll support workflows where one digital twin may need to produce many assets across markets, variants, channels, or formats.

You will help define creative rules that can be repeated, automated, and quality-checked without losing visual intent.

  • Lead Quality, Feedback, and Client Alignment

You’ll perform creative QA across renders, animations, and interactive outputs. Your feedback will be specific, visual, and actionable. Not “make it premium,” but “the edge highlight is flattening the silhouette,” or “the material needs a sharper specular response to match the product finish.”

You’ll act as a creative partner in client conversations, presenting concepts, explaining decisions, and evolving direction without losing the core visual idea. You’ll help international teams stay aligned on quality, ownership, and craft.
