Manager Rehabilitation Services

Under the general direction of the Director of Rehabilitation Services, the Manager of Rehabilitation Services plans, organizes, and supervises all daily functions of designated departments. Ensures that all budgetary, productivity, customer service, and quality standards and measures are met. Develops and implements all aspects of new and existing therapy programs. Duties also include the supervision of staff, and providing clinical leadership and expertise to the department. All employees are expected to be pleasant, respectful and courteous in all interactions with patients, families, staff, and visitors of the Institute, as well as being a positive representative of the hospital at all times.
