Job description

We are hiring a Leasing Associate to work between two communities in our Charleston, South Carolina portfolio, Harper Place at Bees Ferry and Botanic at Ingleside.   

Responsibilities:

  • Achieves leasing goals by meeting daily, weekly, and monthly targets and consistently following up with all prospects.
  • Engages prospects through calls, emails, tours, rapport‑building, qualification, and effective closing techniques.
  • Supports residents by responding to requests, resolving concerns professionally, and maintaining strong communication standards.
  • Manages leasing operations including paperwork, background checks, move‑in coordination, key control, and basic bookkeeping tasks.
  • Maintains property presentation by inspecting common areas and vacant units, ensuring cleanliness, and performing light cleaning or trash duties when needed.
  • Monitors market conditions by shopping competitors, staying informed on trends, and suggesting revenue‑enhancing opportunities.

Requirements:

  • Multi-family property management experience preferred.
  • Willingness to travel within the Charleston, SC area. 
  • Valid driver's license (free from major moving violations) and dependable transportation.
  • Social media marketing experience preferred.
