Product Developer – Asian Foods

**Ai-To Foods Oy** is seeking a **Product Developer** to strengthen our growing production and product development team.

We are looking for a practical and motivated professional with experience in **Siamese (Thai) cuisine and the food industry**. In this role, you will participate in the development of new products, support production operations, and contribute to quality and food safety processes.

The position is largely hands-on and production-oriented but also includes a variety of responsibilities related to product development, quality control, and self-monitoring systems. We are looking for someone who understands authentic Asian flavors and ingredients and can apply that knowledge to products intended for the retail market.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, test, and improve new Asian food products
• Prepare and develop sauces, marinades, curry pastes, and seasoning blends
• Participate in daily food production activities
• Maintain product specifications and recipes
• Evaluate and test raw materials and ingredients
• Implement and document food safety and self-monitoring procedures
• Ensure compliance with hygiene and food safety standards
• Support the improvement of production processes
• Assist with product labeling and technical documentation
• Cooperate with suppliers, customers, laboratories, and regulatory authorities

Requirements

• Experience in Siamese (Thai) cuisine and the food industry
• Strong knowledge of Thai ingredients, seasonings, sauces, and flavor profiles
• Practical experience in food preparation or food manufacturing
• Food hygiene certification or equivalent food safety training
• Self-motivation and a responsible work attitude
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
• Attention to detail and good organizational skills
• Good English language skills
