Your Role
As Care Coordinator, you'll
- đź“… Organise rotas & match carers to clients
- 🤝 Support clients & care staff daily
- 🛡 Maintain Trinity's high care standards
- 📞 Take part in the on-call rota (paid extra)
- 🚨 Handle emergencies calmly & professionally
What We're Looking For
- Experience in domiciliary/live-in care (QCF Level 2/3 preferred)
- Strong communication & organisation skills
- Tech-savvy and confident in a fast-paced role
