Salary: £24,000-£28,000 per year + uncapped commission (OTE £34,000)
Bonus: Annual Bonus linked to both Company and Individual Performance
Holiday: 27 days, plus bank holidays
Contract: Monday-Friday, Full-time (35 hours per Week), permanent
Location: Office located in Farnborough, Hampshire-Hybrid working- Four days office, one day working from home per week.

Are you a driven Sales Executive or Telesales Specialist ? Experience selling into the education sector a plus but not essential , full training will be provided. Do you thrive in an outbound sales environment where your energy, enthusiasm, and results make a real impact? Are you adept at building strong client relationships to maximise results?
At iRock School of Music, we're on a mission to change children's lives through music - and we're looking for experienced telesales professionals to help us bring the iRock experience to even more schools across the UK.
We're scaling up our dedicated education sales team, offering a fast-paced, rewarding environment where your ideas are valued, your performance is recognised, and your success is celebrated.
Key Responsibilities
- Proactively call and engage schools across the UK to share how iRock transforms children's confidence and wellbeing through music.
- Drive outbound activity, generate high quality leads and book school assembly appointments.
- Liaise with headteachers, school business managers, and other key education decision-makers.
- Have the drive, determination and resilience to exceed KPIs and targets.
- Represent iRock at key education events and conferences, growing our network and visibility.
- Maintain accurate CRM records to manage your activity and track your success.
What We're Looking For
- Proven outbound sales experience is desirable , ideally within the education sector or B2B environment.
- Confidence making high volumes of outbound calls and achieving KPIs.
- Drive, determination and resilience.
- Strong communication and rapport-building skills, you can turn conversations into opportunities.
- A target-driven, results-focused mindset with a positive, friendly and energetic attitude.
- Passion for music and education, because that's what drives everything we do at iRock!
