Service Technician (Acura)

Service Technician - Acura Ellicott City, MD | All Roads

Are you a skilled mechanic who is ready for a new challenge? Acura of Ellicott City, an All Roads location is seeking a skilled Service Technician. Use your prior experience to confidently handle both routine maintenance and complex repairs with minimal supervision. Prior experience with Honda or Acura vehicles is highly preferred.

Compensation • Flat rate pay: $25–$35+ per hour (based on experience)

• Sign-on bonus up to $5,000 for qualified candidates

Responsibilities • Perform routine maintenance and quality inspections • Diagnose vehicle malfunctions, including electrical and engine issues • Record brake pad and tire wear measurements • Complete fluid flushes and system services • Perform in-depth repairs on Acura and other vehicles • Mentor and support Express Technicians • Maintain a clean and organized workspace • Handle additional duties as assigned

Requirements • High School Diploma or GED required • Previous automotive technician experience • ASE certifications and/or Honda/Acura a plus • Strong customer service and communication skills • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and work efficiently
