As the Accounts Payable Admin at Rydell, you'll work as part of an experienced team in a friendly office environment. You'll have the benefits and convenience of a consistent work schedule with no weekends and flexible hours.

Hours & Pay

  • 8:00am - 5:00pm Monday - Friday.
  • Pay range of $22-26/hour depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure accuracy of vouchers and invoices and obtain appropriate approval when needed.
  • Prepare accounts payable payments in a timely matter.
  • Post invoices on a daily basis.
  • Maintain accounts payable files.
  • Submit monthly and quarterly sales and use tax reports to appropriate regulatory agency.
  • Reconcile ledger accounts to reports.
  • Maintain current W-9 forms for all vendors and maintain current vendor account information.
  • Ensure payments are consistent with dealership schedules.
