We're partnering with a highly respected engineering consulting firm seeking a Lead Mechanical Engineer to join its growing Charlotte team.

This is an opportunity to lead HVAC and mechanical system design for large, technically challenging projects while mentoring engineers and working directly with clients and project stakeholders.

What You'll Bring

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering
• 10+ years of mechanical/HVAC design experience
• Consulting engineering experience preferred
• Experience leading projects and engineering teams
• PE license preferred
