Controller

Family office in Beverly Hills is seeking a Controller to work with the CFO , the Controller will assist with all accounting functions for the residential and commercial properties and other business entities.

Oversee the accounts payable, accounts receivables, vendor-set-up, lease maintenance, rent statements and other tasks as directed.

Looking for someone who has successfully moved upwards in their career in the real estate/property accounting field. Must have supervisory experience. We need someone who is a self-starter, self-motivated, collaborative, and professional team player.

Very interesting work and room for growth. The CFO is an Ex-Big 4 CPA who is looking for her right hand.

Following are other details

• Accounting Degree required
• Big4 experience is a nice to have but other public accounting is OK
• Real Estate Accounting experience
• Real Estate Investment Accounting experience
• Must have an active CPA license

Requirements

• MS Office Suite (strong Excel skills)
• Yardi software
• Property Management Software ex.-CenterSoft or other ERP system
• Minimum 5 years experience as a Controller or other senior level management experience
