We are looking for a Finance Specialist to support financial operations, reporting, and analysis. You will play a key role in ensuring accuracy, improving processes, and delivering insights that support business decisions. The new incumbent will report directly to the Finance Team Lead.

Key Responsibilities

•

Participate in the preparation of monthly financial reports

•

Assist in Treasury forecasting cycles

•

Assure daily financial transactions including invoices, payments and reconciliations

•

Maintain and update financial records within ERP systems

•

Support audit processes and ensure compliance

•

Collaborate with cross-functional teams on financial projects and initiatives

Profile

•

Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field

•

1–2 years of experience in finance or accounting

•

Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial analysis

•

Familiarity with ERP systems and financial tools

•

Good understanding of financial reporting and compliance frameworks

•

Strong communication and problem-solving abilities

•

Ability to collaborate across departments

•

High attention to details and accuracy

•

Fluency in English and French are required.
