Mobile services Coordinator

Mobile service coordinator role primarily organizes pickup and delivery of customer vehicles to and from service department.

Provide detailed reporting of productivity of the department.

Make calls to customers offering the service from appointment scheduler software.

Coordinate loaner vehicle fleet.

Use mobile devices to work in approved apps.

This is a full time position and involves sometimes driving vehicles and in-office work as well.

Monday through Friday 7:30 til 5:30 with some overtime from time to time.

Report to Service manager and Fixed operations director.

Must have customer service skills and a clean driving record.
