Job Summary: The Senior HR Specialist will lead core HR functions including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and HR compliance. The role ensures alignment of HR strategies with business objectives while supporting a high-performance culture in a fast-paced fintech environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes
• Implement and monitor HR policies in line with local labor laws
• Support performance management and employee development initiatives
• Handle employee relations, grievances, and disciplinary processes
• Maintain HR records and ensure data accuracy and confidentiality
• Drive engagement and retention strategies
• Partner with leadership on workforce planning and HR strategy

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• 5–8 years HR experience, preferably in fintech or a fast-paced industry
• Strong knowledge of South Africa labor laws
• Excellent communication skills
• Proven ability to manage multiple HR functions independently
