About The Role
Audi are recruiting for an Aftersales Programme Development Manager on a full time, permanent basis.
What you will be doing
- Reporting into the Aftersales Programme Manager you will be responsible for designing and developing projects and products to drive customer retention, network profitability and sustainable growth in network revenue.
- You will focus on maintaining existing customers, regaining lost customers and maximising margin and volume contribution.
- You will also grow and develop the range of network and customer offerings.
Skills & experience you can bring to the role
- Used to working with and managing external suppliers to deliver KPIs and SLAs.
- Experience of working in a customer focused organisation.
- Analytical skills and commercial ability to identify opportunities for revenue and/or growth.
- Good organisational and numerical skills to deliver projects within deadlines and budget.
- Strong communication and influencing skills across a range of stakeholders at all levels.
- Experience of delivering results through other functions and teams.
