Automotive Sales Consultant | No Sundays | Unlimited Earning Potential

McDaniels Ford is expanding our Sales Team and we're looking for motivated, customer-focused professionals who want to build a long-term career in automotive sales.

What You'll Do

Build lasting relationships with customers before, during, and after the sale

Guide customers through the vehicle selection process using a consultative approach

Demonstrate new and pre-owned vehicles, features, and technology

Follow up with prospects and previous customers to generate repeat and referral business

Learn and apply effective objection-handling and closing techniques

Maintain product knowledge on current Ford models, available packages, and emerging technology

Work closely with Sales Management to achieve individual and dealership goals

Deliver an exceptional buying experience from initial greeting through delivery

What We're Looking For

Positive attitude and strong work ethic

Professional appearance and communication skills

Ability to build relationships and earn customer trust

Sales experience preferred, automotive experience is a plus

Valid driver's license with a clean driving record

Ability to use your own laptop for daily operations

Self-motivated individuals who thrive in a performance-driven environment
