POSITION SUMMARY

As a Patient Care Coordinator/Treatment Coordinator at Timberlane Pediatric Dentistry & Orthodontics, you will serve as the first point of contact for new patients and families, helping create an exceptional experience from the initial consultation through the start of treatment. This role combines relationship-building, patient education, scheduling coordination, and financial discussions to guide patients confidently through their orthodontic journey.

Your ability to communicate with empathy, build trust, and provide outstanding customer service will play a vital role in creating positive patient experiences and supporting the growth of our practice. This position requires the availability to float between all four offices as needed.

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Welcome new and existing patients and create a positive, professional experience.
  • Coordinate and manage new patient consultations and treatment starts.
  • Present treatment recommendations, financial options, and payment arrangements.
  • Educate patients and families about orthodontic treatment and answer questions.
  • Build strong relationships with patients to encourage treatment acceptance.
  • Schedule appointments and maintain an efficient patient flow.
  • Communicate with patients through phone, text, email, and other communication platforms.
  • Follow up with pending patients and maintain accurate records in practice management software.
  • Collaborate with doctors and clinical team members to ensure an exceptional patient experience.
  • Support practice growth through outstanding service and patient engagement.
