Job description

Front Desk Receptionist - Hunt Valley Office We are seeking a detail-oriented and professional Front Desk Receptionist to support the daily operations of our Hunt Valley office.

Key Responsibilities

  • • Greeting clients, visitors, and staff with a warm and friendly demeanor.
  • • Managing the reception area, maintaining a professional and organized appearance
  • • Answering and directing incoming calls to the appropriate departments or individuals
  • • Intercepting incoming mail and packages
  • • Maintaining an accurate inventory of office supplies
  • • Assisting with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and documentation.

Qualifications

  • · High school diploma or equivalent
  • · Previous experience in a front desk or receptionist role, preferably in a construction setting
  • · Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both in person and over the phone
  • · Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • · Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
  • · Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
