What you will do

• Lead and manage the PopSurvey Campus Ambassador Program, including recruitment, onboarding, engagement, performance management, and retention initiatives.
• Plan and execute campus activations, university events, and offline promotional activities to increase PopSurvey awareness, adoption, and community engagement.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with student ambassadors, university stakeholders, student organizations, and relevant communities.
• Identify and develop partnership opportunities, sponsorships, and collaborations that support user acquisition, brand awareness, and program growth.
• Monitor program performance, analyze key metrics, prepare regular reports, and provide recommendations to improve ambassador, community, and partnership effectiveness. What you will need:
• Bachelor's degree from a reputable university.
• 2+ years of experience in Community, Partnership, Campus Relations, Student Engagement, or similar roles.
• Experience managing ambassador programs or student communities is highly preferred.
• Strong communication, networking, and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent public speaking, presentation, and facilitation skills, with experience speaking in front of large audiences, conducting workshops, hosting events, or representing an organization in external engagements.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and communities simultaneously.
• Passionate about education, research, and community development.
