Job Summary

The Client Coordinator is responsible for managing client interactions related to digital cinema content and services. The role involves tracking content workflows, monitoring deliveries, coordinating cross-functional teams, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring compliance with industry standards and facilitating shows. The individual will proactively communicate project updates, address client concerns, and support seamless content distribution operations.

Key Responsibilities

Serve as the first point of contact for clients regarding digital cinema content and service requirements.

Coordinate with Mastering, Content Management, and Technical Support teams to ensure smooth and efficient workflow execution.

Track and monitor the status of DCP creation, versioning, localization, and distribution activities.

Monitor content deliveries and proactively communicate project progress and status updates to clients and coordinate for the preview screenings of DCPs for the producers and the creators.

Respond to client inquiries, troubleshoot operational issues, and coordinate timely resolutions with relevant teams.

Maintain accurate records of mastering activities, content deliveries, client communications, and project documentation.

Ensure adherence to digital cinema industry standards, operational procedures, and security requirements.

Prepare weekly operational reports and provide regular status updates to internal and external stakeholders.

Support continuous process improvement initiatives to enhance client satisfaction and operational efficiency.

Required Skills & Experience

2–5 years of experience in Client Coordination, Project Coordination, Customer Success, Operations, or a related role.

Understanding of digital content workflows, media operations, or digital cinema processes is preferred.

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with attention to detail.

Experience managing client communications and coordinating across multiple teams.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, reporting, and project tracking systems.

Ability to work in a deadline-driven environment while maintaining service quality.
