About the Role
Qube Cinemas is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Intern to support the Recruitment and HR Operations teams. This role offers hands-on exposure to talent acquisition, onboarding, employee documentation, learning and development initiatives, and day-to-day HR processes, providing an excellent opportunity to build a strong foundation in Human Resources.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in recruitment activities, including sourcing candidates, screening resumes, and coordinating interviews.
- Support the hiring process by maintaining candidate databases, recruitment trackers, and recruitment-related documentation.
- Assist in onboarding activities by coordinating documentation and ensuring a smooth joining experience for new hires.
- Support Learning & Development initiatives and employee engagement activities through the coordination of training programs, workshops, and internal events.
- Assist in HR operations by maintaining employee records, preparing HR reports, and supporting day-to-day administrative processes.
- Undertake project-based assignments and contribute to process improvement initiatives across various HR functions.
Eligibility
- Strong interest in Recruitment, HR Operations and Payroll.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
