PRODUCTION ENGINEERING STAFF

SNPW team is looking for Production Engineering Staff to join our organization and support efficient production operations, process improvement, and equipment reliability.

JOB OVERVIEW Conduct planning, designing, developing, and managing processes to ensure the production of high-quality products. Perform maintenance on machinery, facilities, and equipment, and carry out other related duties as assigned.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Plan, coordinate, and oversee all aspects of production within the facility.
• Ensure machinery and equipment operate efficiently and reliably.
• Develop and improve production processes, systems, and equipment for industrial use.
• Perform routine maintenance checks and troubleshoot equipment malfunctions.
• Implement and enforce safety standards and procedures.
• Oversee the layout and organization of the production area to support efficient workflow and operation. QUALIFICATIONS
• Graduate of any 4-5 years engineering degree course.
• Engineering licensed is an advantage, but not required.
• Experience or knowledge in a related field is an advantage, but not required.
• Basic knowledge of safety standards and quality control.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
