Salary: €36,000 – €48,000 (DOE) Hours: 8-hour shifts | Full-time Contract: Fixed-term with potential to become permanent

This role is based within non-profit addiction and homeless services, supporting individuals navigating addiction, recovery and housing instability.

You’ll work in a structured, team-based environment, where consistency, boundaries and professional practice are essential.

What You’ll Do Deliver key working and structured support planning Support individuals at different stages of addiction and recovery Promote engagement, stability and access to services Work closely with housing, healthcare and community supports Maintain clear documentation and professional standards What You’ll Need Level 7/8 qualification in Social Care or equivalent Eligibility for or registration with CORU Experience in addiction, homelessness or community services Ability to work 8-hour shifts (including evenings/weekends) What You’ll Get Balanced 8-hour shift structure Opportunity to work in the non-profit sector Pathway to permanency Ongoing training, CPD and supervision Work that creates real, visible impact
