Barista/Deli - Part Time

The Korum Automotive Group is hiring a part-time Barista for The Thunderbird Deli located in our Service Department at our Ford Dealership location.

This is a great opportunity for someone looking for a part-time position that is about 20 hours a week.

The Deli is open 7:15 to 2:30 M-F and 8:45 to 2:00 pm on Saturdays. We are looking for a candidate who is available to work 10:00 am to 2:30 pm Tuesday through Friday, and 8:45 am to 2:00 pm on Saturdays, and is available to work additional days and hours to cover other shifts.

The pay range is $19.45 to $25.17 per hour.

Targeted hiring range is $19.45 to $20.91 per hour.

This position provides friendly service to customers while preparing food and beverages. Ensures proper food handling procedures within health department guidelines. Maintains the cleanliness of the deli and customer waiting area. Monitors stock, including dates, and provides rotation of stock. Utilizes a POS system to record purchases and prepares nightly deposits. Performs regular cleaning and maintenance of equipment as required.

Successful candidates will be self-motivated and able to work independently with little supervision.

The ideal candidate will have

• Excellent customer service skills!
• High School Graduate or General Education Degree (GED)
• Ability to learn and use the software provided by the dealership.
• Must have a valid Food Handler's card (or the ability to obtain one if hired)
• Ability to work independently, self-starter, energetic.
