Job description
- Convert warm leads into paying customers by making 40-60 outbound calls a day
- Conduct needs analysis and follow up with prospects to ensure they purchase products and services that meet their needs
- Coach and advise Real Estate Agents on best marketing strategies within Listingbook software
- Grow your knowledge of the Counselor Sales Approach along with Listingbook suite of products through our Sales training program
- Bachelor’s degree in sales/marketing or 1-2 years of related experience
- The desire to not only hit your daily target, but also exceed sales objectives
- Ability to adapt, learn and embrace new sales methods
- Ability to ‘think on your feet’ in order to creatively solve our customers’ business needs
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to multitask
- Familiarity with Microsoft Suite along with Salesforce
- Real estate experience a plus
- This is a full time position which is eligible for benefits. Hours are scheduled at 40 per week between 8:30am to 5:30pm Monday to Friday. This is a non-exempt, hourly paid position with significant commission opportunities. All employees are required to submit a background and drug screening prior to starting.
