Your Day-to-Day

  • Deliver onboarding, certification, and continuous development programs to equip Brain Teachers with the knowledge and skills needed for high-quality instruction.
  • Observe classroom sessions, provide coaching, and implement improvement plans to enhance teaching effectiveness and student learning outcomes.
  • Monitor teacher performance, assess competencies, and ensure certification and teaching quality standards are consistently maintained.
  • Drive the implementation of curriculum, instructional standards, and quality assurance initiatives across learning centers.
  • Partner with Academic, Curriculum, Operations, and Center Leaders to strengthen teacher capability and promote a culture of continuous learning.
  • Identify opportunities to enhance teaching practices by providing actionable insights and recommending improvements to training and curriculum delivery.

Who We're Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, Early Childhood Education, or a related field; teaching certifications are a plus.
  • Minimum 3 years of teaching experience, with at least 1–2 years in teacher training, instructional coaching, or academic leadership.
  • Strong understanding of child development, teaching methodologies, and classroom management.
  • Excellent facilitation, coaching, presentation, and communication skills, with the ability to develop and mentor teachers effectively.
  • Proficient in analyzing teacher performance, using digital learning platforms, and Google Workspace.
  • Passionate about education, growth-oriented, proactive, and able to work both independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
