Job description
We’re seeking a skilled and safety-conscious welder to join our growing team. This role is critical to the success of our automation and integration projects, requiring precision, reliability, and a commitment to quality. The ideal candidate will support both in-house fabrication and on-site installations, contributing to the seamless execution of custom automation solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform MIG and TIG welding on steel, aluminum, and stainless components
- Interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and welding symbols
- Fabricate and assemble structural and mechanical parts to spec
- Conduct quality checks and ensure compliance with safety standards
- Collaborate with engineering and field teams to support project timelines
- Maintain tools, equipment, and a clean, organized work area
- Travel to client sites as needed for installation and support
Qualifications
Required
- 3+ years of welding/fabrication experience in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
- Proficiency in MIG welding; TIG welding experience preferred.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and fabrication prints.
- Strong knowledge of metal fabrication techniques and measurement tools.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail.
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
- Commitment to workplace safety and quality standards.
Preferred
- Experience in custom machinery or automation equipment.
- Familiarity with cutting saw, CNC plasma cutting, Water jet or press brake operation.
- Certification in welding (AWS or equivalent).
- Forklift and overhead crane experience.

Schedule
- Monday–Friday (Day shift)
Overtime and Saturday work as needed for projects
