With our rapid growth, we are looking for a select few individuals to mentor and bring into the Results family. We will teach you a leading skill set and provide the knowledge needed to build a successful career in the roofing and construction sales industry.
Business Development & Sales Mentorship Includes
- One-on-one coaching with an assigned team leader, learning the ins and outs of a rapidly growing industry
- Multiple team-building destination trips designed to foster both personal and team growth
- In-house production and media team to help build the foundation of your personal brand
- Social media coaching and guidance
- Relationship-building opportunities with top industry leaders in the area
Required Qualities
- No sales experience necessary—we are willing to train
- Coachable, with an unwillingness to settle for mediocrity
- Self-motivated and able to work independently
- Organized and task-oriented
- Honest, with a high level of integrity
- A problem-solver, not a problem starter
- Personable and comfortable initiating conversations with new people
- A team player with a strong work ethic
- Ability to cultivate a positive team culture both in and out of the office
