Quento Technologies seeks a highly motivated and experienced IT Project Manager
Responsibilities
- Lead project management activities, including defining project strategies, planning, task allocation, and delivery milestones.
- Guide project execution and review deliverables to ensure quality and consistency with requirements.
- Prepare and maintain project and quality plans, tracking progress and providing regular, accurate status reports.
- Conduct risk analysis and management, identifying potential issues and ensuring appropriate mitigation actions are in place.
- Estimate and monitor project costs, timelines, and resource allocation, taking corrective actions where deviations occur.
- Manage change control processes, ensuring that any project adjustments are formally agreed upon with stakeholders.
- Analyse business needs and translate them into clear functional and non-functional requirements.
- Document and model business processes, perform cost-benefit analyses, and propose improvements to enhance efficiency.
- Participate in functional and technical working groups, as well as project progress meetings.
- Oversee system management activities where required, ensuring smooth operations and alignment with project goals.
- Manage problem reporting and tracking systems, ensuring proper follow-up and resolution.
- Prepare and deliver presentations to stakeholders as needed.
- Ensuring that all activities and duties comply fully with regulatory requirements, including the Group Anti-Bribery and Corruption Policy.
- Bachelor's degree in IT or relevant field , and a recognized Project Management certification (e.g. PMP, PRINCE2, Scrum, PM²)
- At least five (5) years of professional experience in IT, out of which three (3) years in the project management of software development, with practical hands-on involvement across most stages of the system development life cycle (SDLC)
- Minimum 1 year of experience in quality assurance
- Strong understanding of software development processes and technologies
- Experience in technical documentation and knowledge of web technologies (HTML, CSS, JSON, XML, XSLT)
- Proven experience in time, scope, risk, stakeholder, and budget management
- Strong analytical, communication, and teamwork skills, with ability to work in an international/multicultural environment
- ITIL V3 foundation level certification
- Good command of both English (equal to B2 according to CERF) and French (equal to A2 according to CERF)
This role is an on - site opportunity in Luxembourg.
