Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, test, and improve LLM-based and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) solutions.
  • Take an active role in the development of internal chatbot and conversational AI products.
  • Work with structured and unstructured data to prepare, retrieve, enrich, and optimize knowledge sources used by AI applications.
  • Evaluate and improve LLM performance through prompt engineering, retrieval optimization, model selection, evaluation frameworks, and output quality analysis.
  • Collaborate with product, engineering, data, and business teams to translate business needs into practical AI solutions.
  • Contribute to the technical design of Generative AI solutions, considering scalability, maintainability, security, and operational feasibility.
  • Support other data and AI initiatives where needed, beyond RAG-focused projects.
  • Stay current with developments in Generative AI, LLMs, agentic systems, RAG architectures, and related AI technologies.

Requirements

At least 5 years of professional experience in Data Science, Machine Learning, Artificial Intelligence, Data Engineering, Software Development, or related technical roles.

Strong hands-on experience with Large Language Models (LLMs) and Generative AI use cases.

Practical experience designing, building, or improving RAG-based applications .

Experience working with embeddings, vector search, document retrieval, chunking strategies, prompt engineering, and LLM evaluation approaches.

Ability to assess AI solutions from an architectural perspective while remaining actively involved in implementation and delivery.

Experience with chatbot, conversational AI, knowledge assistant, search, recommendation, or similar AI-enabled products is highly preferred.

A background in software engineering or data engineering is an advantage, but not a mandatory requirement.

Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving capability, and the ability to work independently in an evolving technical environment.

Curiosity and strong awareness of the current Generative AI ecosystem, including emerging concepts such as AI agents, tool use, MCP, and modern RAG approaches.
