We are now seeking a commercially minded Business Development Executive with a banking, auditing, or financial‑services sales background to drive our B2B growth in EU funding programs and long‑term client partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify B2B prospects — Target companies eligible for EU funding, subsidies, and investment incentives through outreach, networking, and referrals.
  • Engage senior stakeholders — Build trust with CFOs, Finance Directors, Owners, and senior decision‑makers.
  • Assess funding eligibility — Understand client financials, business models, and investment plans to match them with suitable EU programs.
  • Prepare tailored proposals — Develop customized presentations and commercial offers aligned with client needs and available funding schemes.
  • Collaborate with consulting teams — Work closely with our EU funding experts to align opportunities with program requirements.
  • Manage pipeline & reporting — Track KPIs, maintain accurate Salesforce records, and monitor conversion metrics.
  • 5+ years of B2B sales experience in Banking, Auditing, Financial Services, or similar advisory environments.
  • Experience selling financial or consulting solutions — e.g., corporate lending, investment products, risk/audit services, or business advisory.
  • Strong financial understanding — Ability to interpret financial statements, business plans, and investment needs.
  • Excellent communication & negotiation with confidence engaging senior executives.
  • CRM & MS Office proficiency — Salesforce experience is a plus; strong PowerPoint & Excel required.
  • Fluency in Greek & English .
