Job description
As a Senior Digital PR Executive , you will play a key role in supporting the growth of our Digital PR offering and the day-to-day leadership of the Executive team. You will be responsible for monitoring news and media opportunities, gathering and analysing data-driven insights, delivering targeted outreach campaigns, and supporting the development of creative outreach strategies that drive impactful coverage and measurable client success.
The role
- Full-time, permanent
- Salary: £27,500
- Create and foster relationships with journalists and become a trusted source of quality content
- Source viable outlets to feature created content, including written and visual assets, to pull together high-quality media lists
- Support the wider team by creating and briefing in campaign assets, such as press releases, on-site copy and design used for campaign work
- Analyse research and build an understanding of our clients' brands to create tailored press releases
- Proactively monitor results from campaigns, and share insights with the team
- Mentor junior members of the team, leading by example at all times
About you
- Proven experience in a Digital PR role, agency or busy press office environment, and be able to provide examples of successful campaigns
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to liaise with personnel at all levels
- A positive and challenging mindset, as well as a bunch of creative ideas - creativity is a must
- An ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, with a fun and enthusiastic can-do attitude
- Exceptional presentation, written and verbal communication skills, with strong attention to detail
- The ability to think strategically and creatively
- Good working knowledge of the Digital PR industry
- Outstanding organisational and time management skills
- Ambition and drive - not afraid to take ownership of campaigns, seeing them through from conception to implementation
Desirable, but not essential
- Multilingual (as we work with clients all over the world!)
- Prior experience working with sports brands, or within sports journalism
- Prior experience working in finance and B2B
