Role Summary

Key Responsibilities

Business Analysis

  • Analyze sales, marketing, operational, and product data
  • Identify trends and opportunities
  • Monitor KPI performance
  • Build dashboards and management reports

Strategic Project

  • Investigate growth opportunities
  • Conduct market research
  • Evaluate new business models
  • Present recommendations to CEO/MD

Revenue Optimization

  • Analyze funnel conversion
  • Identify revenue leakage
  • Propose experiments
  • Track implementation results

Partnerships

  • Identify strategic partners
  • Evaluate commercial potential
  • Support partnership negotiations

CEO Office Support

  • Prepare executive reports
  • Facilitate cross-functional projects
  • Escalate business risks and bottlenecks
  • Strong analytical thinking with ability to turn data into clear business actions.
  • Comfortable working with large datasets; strong Excel skills; SQL proficiency (or strong willingness to become proficient quickly).
  • Open-minded and practical about using AI tools (e.g., for analysis support, drafting, automation) while maintaining quality control.
  • Experience building dashboards/reports and maintaining a performance tracking cadence.
  • Solid project management skills (scope, timeline, stakeholders, risk management, delivery).
  • Strong communication skills: can explain numbers, trade-offs, and recommendations to non-technical stakeholders.
  • High ownership, structured problem-solving, and ability to operate cross-functionally.

Nice to Have

  • Experience in commercial analytics, revenue strategy, growth strategy, or business operations.
  • Familiarity with BI tools (e.g., Looker/Power BI/Tableau) and workflow automation.
