Responsibilities
- Support the execution of community programs and activities across multiple cities, both online and offline
- Manage and grow WhatsApp Communities, Channels, and Groups, including member acquisition initiatives with field teams
- Coordinate content planning, creation, and distribution in collaboration with the creative team
- Engage with community members by responding to inquiries, sharing updates, and providing basic troubleshooting support
- Track community growth, content performance, and program effectiveness through regular monitoring and reporting
- Travel to support community activation, stakeholder coordination, and operational activities as needed
- Available for 6 months period internship
- Fresh graduates or candidates who have completed their studies
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable managing online communities and engaging with members
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to handle multiple tasks
- Proactive and willing to learn in a fast-paced environment
- Available to travel outside the city on a weekly basis
- Familiarity with WhatsApp Communities, social media, or community management is a plus
