Our established two-doctor dental practice in Pueblo, Colorado is seeking a dynamic Dental Office Manager to oversee daily operations, lead our team, and help drive continued growth and excellence. What You'll Do
- Lead and support the day-to-day operations of a busy two-doctor dental practice
- Coach, mentor, and develop team members to maximize performance and engagement
- Foster a positive, patient-focused culture that delivers exceptional service
- Monitor key performance indicators and implement strategies to improve practice growth and profitability
- Manage scheduling, patient flow, and operational efficiency
- Oversee insurance, billing, collections, and financial processes
- Recruit, onboard, and train team members as needed
- Ensure compliance with dental industry regulations, policies, and best practices
- Collaborate closely with doctors to achieve practice goals and create a thriving workplace culture
What We're Looking For
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of Dental Office Management experience
- Strong leadership and team-building skills
- Extensive knowledge of dental office operations, systems, and workflows
- Experience managing scheduling, insurance verification, billing, collections, and treatment presentation
- Proven ability to drive results and improve operational performance
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
