Location: Lowry Neighborhood, Denver, CO- Lowry Main Street Dental Job Type: Full-Time (Monday-Thursday and one Friday per month) Compensation: $20.00 - $26.00 per hour, depending on experience

We are a collaborative, engaging, single-doctor family dental practice located in Denver's vibrant Lowry neighborhood, and we're looking for a Dental Patient Coordinator to be the welcoming face of our office.
We pride ourselves on providing high-quality dental care in a supportive and patient-focused environment. As a PPO and Fee-for-Service practice, we are committed to building lasting relationships with our patients while delivering outstanding service and care.
What You'll Do
As our Dental Patient Coordinator, you'll play a vital role in creating a seamless and positive experience for every patient. Responsibilities include:
- Greeting and checking patients in and out
- Answering phones and assisting patients with scheduling needs
- Managing appointment scheduling and maintaining provider schedules
- Verifying dental insurance benefits and eligibility
- Collecting co-pays and patient balances
- Assisting with treatment plan presentation and financial discussions
- Maintaining accurate patient records and documentation
- Coordinating communication between patients and the clinical team
- Supporting daily front office operations and administrative tasks

Qualifications
- Previous dental front office experience preferred
- General understanding of dental insurance plans, PPO benefits, and insurance verification processes
- Experience collecting patient payments and discussing financial arrangements
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
- Experience with dental practice management software preferred
- Positive attitude and team-first mindset
