Department: Nursing Administration, Acute Rehab

Schedule: PRN, Flexible scheduling.

What You Will Do

•

Deliver compassionate direct patient care under nursing supervision, ensuring all treatments and daily activities align with top-tier safety, quality, and organizational standards.

•

Assess and monitor patient health journeys by tracking vital signs and observing subtle changes in status, ensuring the care team is fully informed and ready to respond.

•

Collaborate on personalized care plans with your preceptor by reporting critical test results and clinical observations, directly influencing positive patient outcomes.

•

Document clinical observations accurately to maintain seamless communication across the healthcare team and guarantee the highest quality of continuous care.

•

Facilitate smooth patient transitions and a welcoming environment by assisting with safe transport to diagnostic services and preparing care spaces.

What You Will Need

Licensure / Certification / Registration

• BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.

Education

• High school diploma/GED required.
• Must be accepted or enrolled into a Nursing program upon date of hire/transfer and begin classes within 90 days of date of hire/transfer required.
