The All-Source Intelligence Analyst will conduct advanced all-source intelligence analysis for the CENTCOM AOR, integrating information from HUMINT, SIGINT, IMINT, GEOINT, and open sources to produce timely, actionable assessments. The analyst researches regional trends and threat actors, collaborates with interagency and foreign partners, and delivers clear, tradecraft‑compliant reports and briefings.

Responsibilities
- Analyze and evaluate intelligence from multiple sources, including but not limited to classified and open-source materials, Human Intelligence (HUMINT), Signals Intelligence (SIGINT), Imagery Intelligence (IMINT), and Geospatial Intelligence (GEOINT).
- Conduct comprehensive research and analysis on regional trends, threat actors, political landscapes, and military capabilities to provide timely and actionable intelligence products.
- Develop and maintain expertise in specific areas relevant to the CENTCOM AOR, such as regional politics, economics, cultures, and military organizations.
- Communicate clear, concise, and well-organized intelligence reports and briefings following Director National Intelligence/Defense Intelligence Agency (DNI/DIA) analytic tradecraft standards and CENTCOM Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to inform operational decisions, policy development, and strategic planning at various levels.
- Collaborate with interagency partners, foreign counterparts, and other intelligence analysts to ensure a comprehensive understanding of the operational environment.
- Utilize advanced analytical tools and methodologies to process, analyze, and visualize complex intelligence data.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of intelligence collection methodologies, limitations and key intelligence questions related to assigned topic areas to evaluate the credibility/reliability of information sources and tend analytic lines.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree with 8 plus years of relevant experience.
- Demonstrates comprehensive mission knowledge and skills that affirms completion of all developmental training and experience for the assigned position.
- Demonstrates ability to communicate understanding from information that may be incomplete, indirect, highly complex, seemingly unrelated, and/or technically advanced.
- Demonstrates ability to structure analysis based on trends in reporting and a range of analytic perspectives from other analysts, organizations, and intelligence disciplines.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
- Technical: Fully understand the intelligence discipline in which the assigned position is supporting.
- Communication: Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients and other employees in the organization.
